TERMS

Terms of use

Last updated November 4, 2026

These terms apply to thesleepatlas.org, and anyone who uses the site agrees to them.

1. General information only

Everything on The Sleep Atlas is general information about sleep and sleep products. None of it is medical advice, and none of it replaces a doctor who knows your health history.

2. Products, prices, and dates

Each ranking reflects the products as they were on the date shown at the top of the page. Makers change models, prices, and policies without warning, so confirm the details on the maker’s own site before you buy anything.

3. Other websites

Articles and rankings link out to studies, health agencies, and product makers. Those sites aren’t ours, and their content and policies are their own.

4. Using our work

The writing and images here belong to The Sleep Atlas or to whoever licensed them to us. Quoting a short passage with a link to the page is fine. Copying whole pages, or republishing them, needs written permission first.

5. Limits of responsibility

Pages are checked against their sources, yet research moves and products change, so some details will date. As far as the law allows, The Sleep Atlas isn’t liable for any loss tied to the site or to acting on what it says.

6. Emergencies

The Sleep Atlas does not provide medical care. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

7. Your privacy

The privacy policy explains what happens to the small amount of personal information the site receives.

8. When these terms change

Revised terms carry a new date above the introduction. Continuing to use the site after a revision counts as agreeing to it.

9. Questions

Send any question about these terms through the contact page.
